Portfolio strategy

Many clients with small and large portfolios require us to provide an overview of their properties and their suitability given the clients particular circumstances.  Properties sometimes become unsuitable for clients because they are too management intensive or alternatively investment planning is required. Properties can become ‘tired’ and require upgrades to maximise income generation. Certain properties should be sold off and replaced with better quality.
